I offer support for grief, anxiety, depression, communication, or other challenges you may be experiencing.

I have experience working as a Counsellor with various organizations including: Telus, WorkBC, Hospice, Crime Victim Assistance, The Ministry of Children and Families, and the Separation and Divorce Resource Centre.
Each session is tailored to your needs, using an integrated therapeutic approach, with a focus on mindful cognitive behavioural therapy.
